We have entered into digital era. As I enter the educational world, I see most of my students has access the Internet in their daily life. This means, they have engaged with thousands of website, that required them to interact with. They can search for their assignment, or creating some personal accounts for their emails, blogs or any other game accounts. The world that I see at this moment is definitely different with several years ago, when Internet only known by a few people. Most of the students demand the Internet as their requirement.
As the number of the websites increasing, the job field or opportunity for this also increasing as well. The game industry has also developed from time to time, requiring a young and professional talented people to work with. When they can start to learn to code? I think the best age is when they’re still in High School.
Every student in every school should have the opportunity to learn to code
Here’s some comments from most popular people regarding the reason why coding is necessary for students
(adapted from code.org)

With more phones and tablets and computers being made, and more people having access to every thing and information being shared, I think its very important to be able to learn the language of coding and programming.“

It is stated clear with those people that we have faced the different world which technology has taken a very important role in our daily life. So, let’s start to communicate this with our students, give them a programming skill that can unlock their hidden capabilities and later on, somewhere in the future, you won’t be surprised to see your students become one of those popular people above.
