1. MASTER
– Master Staff, will be Principals and Supporting Unit staff
This can only be accessed by administrators
– Master Rooms, list of school’s rooms
– Master Categories, example: Electronics, Furnitures etc.
– Master Inventory

2. TRANSACTION
– Transaction of Inventory, when we purchased the new items or send the inventory out of the schools
– Transfer of Inventory, when we move the inventory to other rooms

3. REPORT
– Inventory Current Position, used for stock opname
– Inventory Transaction Log, display the history transactions
– Inventory Transfer Log, trace the date when we move the inventory from one room to another
