There are many advantages of blogging both in company side and employee side.

After that most people will try to apply for a job in that company. Another advantages of blogging for employee; they can manage their time well during their worktime. They show a good way to manage their time that can make easier for them. The other one is can make a community or a relationship between other people. When they post a comment or blog in the website, usually other people will read the blog and respond it. All of the people in the world can see the blog in the website because it is globalise condition. Blogging can also make people relax because when they got a good or bad things happen on them, they will post or express their feeling with making a blog. The reason why people make blog might be to become popular. Writing either good or bad information can make them popular. All the people who surf the Internet can look at someone’s blog.
Nevertheless, if the blogs give a bad explanation about the company; it will be a disadvantage for the company. For example, the employee does not like the boss or has some problem in their workplace; they will blog everything that happens in the workplace. The company will have a bad reputation from the information. The company should consider about this issue. According to News.com, Ellen Simonetti, a Delta Air Lines flight attendant, was fired by the airline for photos of herself in uniform on an airplane and comments posted on her blog “Queen of the Sky: Diary of a Flight Attendant” which her employer deemed inappropriate. This case highlighted the issue of personal blogging and freedom of expression vs. employer rights and responsibilities, and so it received wide media attention.
