* INTERNATIONAL DAY
Monday, 15th September 2008
Time: 10.15 - 15.15
Theme: "One World, One Heart"
Sub Theme: "Synergy over Nations for a Better World"

List of Activities:

1. BAZAAR
Beltsazar will represent USA's meals / drinks
Example: Hot dogs, Burgers etc (Any ideas?)
Needs 10 Beltsazars (5 SMP / 5 SMA) to take care Bazaar's stan for the whole day
Dress code for these students represent on USA traditional dress

2. PERFORMANCE
Will be held on 4th floor, Beltsazar requires 20 Beltsazars (10 SMP / 10 SMA) to show performance (can be drama or dancing). Performance will consume total of 40 minutes (20 minutes each for SMP & SMA). The costume SHOULD made from Recycle Materials. Performance will represent once again about the culture of USA

3. SPORT ACTIVITIES
Will be held on Backyard. Beltsazars requires 72 SMP / 44 SMA for support this activities. There will be 6 kind of games:
Kick Balls, Bounce Ball, Oz Games, Kuda Lumping, Futsal, ???

Evaluation:

* Problem with sounds and displaying LCD. Next time, needs to check and recheck before the event
* Every works seems last minute. We need to arrange everything at least one week before
* For some reason, not all of Beltsazar's members can get involved in preparing nor performing this event. We hope we can do this better, as we are one community in our house
