Minutes of Meeting
Meeting opened: 13.00
Venue: Labcom 225
Present: Mr. Wahyu, Mr. Isaac, Mr. Martinez

1. TOP URGENT!!!
One iMac has problems since it cannot be loaded.
Needs to fix it a.s.a.p.
We cannot depend on eStore since it has been really difficult to contact them.
Suggestion:
* Contact Mac in Surabaya to fix it
* One person needs to be trained for technical support and maintaining Mac
* or, choose other party (outsourcing) for maintain our iMac
And we just wonder about one keyboard that still broken, is there any news?

2. Internet Issue on Our Labcom
We have discussed with Pak William and he have already made it become 400KBps instead of 200KBps.
But still, sometimes cannot use even for open google (mostly in the afternoon time)
Is it possible just to give access on Labcom only, so Labcom will be totally split from others, especially from Teacher’s Lounge.
It’s really important since students need to do research and they always grumbling about out internet connection

3. REMINDERS
- Technician needs to check LCD Projector Cable in both 225 & 226
- Technician needs to check UPS in 226 since it cannot prevent iMac when the electricity goes off
- GA or CS needs to arrange the LCD Monitor boxes to put somewhere else instead in 225
- Keyboard cover replacement 2pcs

4. SUGGESTION TO PROCURE
- Rack for bags in both 225 & 226
- Curtains in 226 so it will prevent our iMac from the sun

Meeting closed: 14.00

Best Regards,

Wahyu Kurniawan
IT & PE Subject Leader
