They found a good way to post a comment or information in the website which might be useful or harmful information; it can be seen by every people in the world. People who do that thing, usually called as a blogger. Bloggers are the person who writes his own comment or diary in the Internet or who do blogging. Blogs or weblogs can be trust information that will be usefull for other people. Some people can take an advantage from the information in the website. Blogs are now a near second to newspapers as the most trusted information source: A quarter (24%) of Europeans consider blogs a trusted source of information, still behind newspaper articles (30%), but ahead of television advertising (17%) and email marketing (14%).
However, a company should consider about these kind of problem. It can make their company’s name has a bad reputation. For example, when somebody read a blog in the website about a company that he or she wanted to apply for a job; The information will influence them and they will think twice about joining the company, even though they do not really know or understand about that kind of information. That kind of situation can be a bad impact. On the contrary, there must be a positive side if a person give a good explanation about their job. Both of the company and the employee should consider about writing a blog. If the employee caught that he or she give harmful information, they will be fired as soon as possible. As more as employee becomes fired, there will be unemployed condition happen in that city.

The IT Background of the Issue
A blog is a website than can be easily use to post our thought; It is a free of charge and can make people have an interaction with other people in the Internet,
Based on Blogger.com, says, “A blog is a personal diary. A daily pulpit. A collaborative space. A political soapbox. A breaking-news outlet. A collection of links. Your own private thoughts. Memos to the world.” Blogs (or Weblogs) are basically online journals or diaries, which are great for sharing information and ideas.
Blogs have been growing at an incredible rate. Technorati, a leading blog search engine has been keeping track of the growth in the blogosphere (the collection of blogs) since 2003. According to their stats, the number of blogs has doubled every five months for three straight years. Now they are tracking over 22 million blogs with 70,000 new blogs being added every day! While only a small percentage of blogs are regularly updated, this explosion in growth has had an interesting impact on a variety of facets of daily life.
Analysing the Impact of the Issue
There are many advantages of blogging both in company side and employee side.
If the employee gives a good data or information about his or her company; it will make their company increase their popularity or profit. The information will influence people perception. After that most people will try to apply for a job in that company. Another advantages of blogging for employee; they can manage their time well during their worktime. They show a good way to manage their time that can make easier for them. The other one is can make a community or a relationship between other people. When they post a comment or blog in the website, usually other people will read the blog and respond it. All of the people in the world can see the blog in the website because it is globalise condition. Blogging can also make people relax because when they got a good or bad things happen on them, they will post or express their feeling with making a blog. The reason why people make blog might be to become popular. Writing either good or bad information can make them popular. All the people who surf the Internet can look at someone’s blog.
Nevertheless, if the blogs give a bad explanation about the company; it will be a disadvantage for the company. For example, the employee does not like the boss or has some problem in their workplace; they will blog everything that happens in the workplace. The company will have a bad reputation from the information. The company should consider about this issue. According to News.com, Ellen Simonetti, a Delta Air Lines flight attendant, was fired by the airline for photos of herself in uniform on an airplane and comments posted on her blog “Queen of the Sky: Diary of a Flight Attendant” which her employer deemed inappropriate. This case highlighted the issue of personal blogging and freedom of expression vs. employer rights and responsibilities, and so it received wide media attention. Simonetti took legal action against the airline for “wrongful termination, defamation of character and lost future wages”. That is one of many examples about the disadvantage of the blogging, which influence the reputation of the employer. Blogging can be such of wasting time. Somebody usually do a blogging when they are stressed. That condition will make their job take longer time that usual. It will be a disadvantage for the company. Since first emerging in the mid-1990s, weblogs, or blogs, have emerged as valuable records of current social and political event. Croner surveyed 2,000 people who keep a personal Internet blog or diary and 39% said that they made harmful comments.
As more as the number employee decreasing because of the harmful blogs or weblogs that they have made, it will make unemployed condition in some country.
